• Ensure hospital cleanliness and preparedness upon business opening and closing• Care of boarding and hospitalized patients in accordance with doctor’s instructions• Clean and sterilized hospital equipment after each use, or as needed within hospital guidelines• Liaison between clients and doctors – ensured client understanding of medical procedures, medications, and patient requirements at home. • Assisted doctors with routine and emergency surgery – ensured safety of patient while under anesthesia and providing doctor with necessary medical equipment• Maintained client information and daily procedures using company database• Case managed information for each client and patient via database• OSHA Officer – ensured that all employees learned, understood, and adhered to OSHA regulations, made corrections when necessary• Radiation Officer – maintained all required radiation documentation, PPE, and training for new staff members• Cross-trained for receptionist duties when necessary – answering phones, accounts receivable, payments due, payment collection from client, daily income balancing at end of day.• On-call duties as required – overnight care of critical patients, doctor communication and updates as necessary.
