Library director for a public arts conservatory in the UNC System. Supporting the research needs of performing arts and filmmaking students and faculty, undergraduate and graduate. Serve on campus leadership councils and committees, including EDIB. During time at UNCSA, have implemented a range of updated and digital services, including a new website, Springshare suite, strategic acquisition of digital licensed resources, and a new ILS/SLP, Alma/Primo. Serve in leadership to the UNC Librarian's Advisory Council, or ULAC, within the UNC System.

Managed a 125,000 sq. ft. Joint-Use Library formed from a public-public partnership between the State of Virginia and the City of Virginia Beach; oversaw the day-to-day operations of an academic, community college library balanced with the needs of a public library branch. Managed training, testing and staff implementation of Ex Libris Alma/Primo 3.

Managed a large art library of 150,000 volumes in the architecturally significant Wexner Center for the Arts.

Brought innovative practice, new workflows, a strong digital slate of offerings and an archives program to a small art and design school focusing on Interior Design.

Trained shareholders and supported uptake of the Artstor Digital Library through sustained outreach efforts and over 40 site visits.

Managed the visual resources collection for the Department of Art; served as the art subject specialists for the University Libraries.

As a part-time employee, I cataloged rare photographic books for one of the largest dealers on photography in the US. While there, I contributed to a catalog on the photographic work of women. The Eugene Ostroff collection was purchased and primary source materials on the technology of early photography were processed and described.

I held a half-time position as a graduate assistant at the North Carolina Collection, where I assisted the Head of Collections with ongoing collections management and acquisitions projects. The NCC is devoted to collecting the cultural heritage of North Carolina. To this end, I worked with photo archives, NC artists files and ephemera collections.

I worked primarily as an image cataloger on a large IMLS-funded digital library project devoted to the digitization of photographs depicting the cultural heritage of the State of Virginia.

I was responsible for contributing to reference services, the workflows of records management and archives, serials and auction catalogs processing.

The Mary H. Dana Women Artist Series is the longest running exhibition series devoted to the work of women artists. As such, I was a curatorial assistant to the Curator. We installed exhibits in Douglass Library as a part of library outreach and programming. I did a number of clerical tasks, as well as exhibition didactics and installation planning.
