Sarah Lombardo Email and Phone Number

Sarah received her B.S. degree in Nanoscale Engineering from the University at Albany’s Colleges of Nanoscale Science and Engineering in 2016. Her undergraduate research consisted of design, fabrication and electrical testing of RRAM devices for memory applications. She received her PhD in Materials Science and Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology in Fall 2022. Her dissertation work involved structural analysis of (anti)ferroelectric thin films for logic and memory applications (FeFETs, NCFETs, FeRAM) with a focus on in-situ TEM electrical characterization. Sarah joined TEL Technology Center, America, LLC (TTCA) in October of 2022 as a process engineer in thin film process technology.
