As managing leader of the growing social media department at Hummingbird Ideas, I work with clients to plan overall goals and strategies to build an online presence that establishes their brand. I also oversee content creators and account executives to implement brand goals for each client. Just like social media is a changing and growing medium, our social media department works to stay up to date on the newest and most relevant forms of reaching potential consumers through these outlets.

Political campaigns require a quick, over-saturation of information about the candidate's platform and what position they are hoping to acquire. I have worked on other campaigns in the past, but most recently worked with The Committee to Elect Judge Jay York. I was hired to help build an online presence and use social media outlets to deliver information to the Mobile County voters through social media pages and targeted online advertising. I work with candidates to not only make sure the right voters are receiving the right information but also to make sure their limited campaign funds are spent efficiently and effectively.

Mobile's largest locally owned and operated publication. In order to expand their advertising reach, I was hired on as the 4th advertising sales rep and built my client list up. I was given the task of bringing in new clients from businesses in the Mobile and Baldwin County areas that had not run advertising with the publication previously. I loved this company and the people who work here, but was offered a better opportunity working on the marketing side of an agency, rather than sales. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work for Lagniappe and learned a lot in my short time.

As a social media consultant I am responsible for assisting clients in their social media needs. Whether that be running their sites, SEO, advertising online, etc.

I am currently in charge of assisting in decisions pertaining to the bar and alcohol of Mellow Mushroom, as well as other managerial duties.
