In the lab of Dr. Laura Wood at the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center, my thesis project focuses on enhancing early detection of pancreatic cancer through 3D analysis of human pancreatic tissue. I am focusing on characterizing the molecular and cellular alterations that drive the progression of low-grade to high-grade PanIN precursor lesions as well as determining the molecular alterations responsible for the heightened risk associated with aging utilizing a normal pancreas model.

During my internship at the Sports Medicine Center for University of Arizona Athletics, I delivered a range of therapeutic treatments including electrical stimulation, deep muscle stimulation, ultrasound, and combo treatments to UofA athletes.
