Responsible for developing and implementing communications approaches to deliver the Specsavers Audiology annual plan for clinical and retail operations. I provide multi-channel editorial oversight to ensure partners and colleagues across Audiology and Optics have the information they need to provide the highest quality clinical care and customer experience and to support growth as one Specsavers business across the UK, Ireland and Spain.Key responsibilities:• Communications business partner to Senior Leadership within Clinical, Operational, Retail, Trading and Technology; advising on, supporting, and communicating key Audiology change programmes and strategic initiatives.• Identifying the communication requirements of the annual and functional trading plans and developing the strategic and operational communication plans and materials required to the delivery of tangible, measurable and impactful outcomes.• Driving strategic and tactical message alignment across all internal and relevant external channels, in line with clinical best practice and corporate brand standards.• Maintaining a collaborative and joined-up approach to communications across Optics and Audiology channels and audiences to demonstrate 'one business / total care'.• Providing engaged leadership and coaching expertise to build capability and succession within the Retail Communications function.
