I was given a great opportunity to work as a brand ambassador and field manager for GMR Marketing during an on-site promotion for the opening of the newest Best Buy in Victoria, British Columbia and Aurora, Ontario. The promotion included various on-site events and promotions for the loyal customers who stood and waited in line for hours. I was responsible for liaising between GMR Marketing & Best Buy and hundreds of customers to ensure the events took place as smoothly as possible.

Sarah's duties will cover many areas of our business. She will be working in our charity store on 2nd street in Sidney. When working in the store she will be serving people and taking money for items purchased,pricing stock,organizing the shelves and display tables,cleaning and caring for the cats for adoption,and informing the public of what our society represents and how we help dogs and cats in the community. Sarah will also do work outside the store by producing printed material to better inform the public about what we do i.e. flyers, brochures etc. Sarah will also be visiting local businesses to get them to sponsor our different programs. We arecurrently planning our annual fundraiser coming up at the end of April. Sarah will be involved in all aspects of this event,i.e. selling tickets, collecting donations for the auction, menu planning, etc. In general, Sarah will be involved in all areas which promote revenue for our Society.
