Providing workforce solutions to the NHS, Agile offer a variety of different services such as Bank services, Neutral Vendor solutions, Direct Engagement and Insourcing. My role is managing the Bank offering and Direct Engagement solutions of Agile Workforce where we currently have a variety of contracts including Managed Bank and Collaborative Bank.

In my position as Business Development Manager I am responsible for Business Development for 3 companies; Holt Doctors Ltd, Medic International and The Anaesthetist Agency. My job role includes building relationships with Procurement within NHS Trusts and discussing offerings from all 3 agencies relevant to what the trust's long term strategies are. Holt offers a wide range of solutions on a contractual basis and it is my role to sell the relevant offering for the trust. In addition I present Holt's products and services during tender processes for business we tender for. My role also includes attending events to raise the bands for all 3 companies and helping to implement the numerous contracts that Holt has won.

My role as Client Officer was to build relationships with Medical Staffing within the NHS for the Northern region. I was allocated a number of hospitals to work with and my role was to cultivate and grow these relationships to encourage agencies to work with Pulse on a more regular basis. In addition to this I would visit clients and attend relevant events to promote the Pulse brand.

As a client officer at Holt Doctors I was responsible for managing several of the contracts that they held in the Northern region. My role was managing the expectations of the clients and building their trust when working with Holt. I was responsible for feeding back on vacancies we had been given allocated lead times on and ensuring we reached our targeted fill rate. In addition to this I was responsible for looking after a number of lead clients and encouraging them to work with Holt more closely to aim towards a contractual relationship.

As a recruitment consultant my role was to manage a large bank of doctors, ensuring their compliance levels were maintained and securing them work within an NHS trust. It was my role to encourage the doctors where possibly to work exclusively with Medic International. It was also my responsibility to ensure that the doctors were presented in the best possible light to trusts by selling their experience.
