Marketing Lead for Advanced Technology and Monofocal IOL Portfolio with responsibility for implementation of strategy and tactics to grow both sales and market penetration.Role includes the following core activities;- Development of annual business and brand plans- Product launch design and Go-to-Market strategies for new products including identifying targets, agreeing price and logistical set up, shaping launch events and engaging KOLs in early launch phases and throughout the launch process.- Constant Market analysis to inform targeting and segmentation of customers and implementation of customised tactics- Engagement with KOLs to refine strategy and develop advocates- National event presence, planning and engagement to increase SOV in a competitive market- Budget management; effective use and tracking of budget to realise annual plans- Regular communication with Sales Team to ensure clarity on tactics, account level changes and intelligence gathering. Organisation and delivery of training in new products, sales aids and upskilling courses to the Sales Team to ensure excellence in product knowledge, messaging and sales skills- Organisation of product and therapy area training and training courses for surgeons and trainees in a wetlab environment- Collaboration with Regional and Global Marketing teams on the development and implementation of commercial campaigns and materials. Responsibility for ensuring compliance and approval for use in UK market.- Directing implementation of Practice Development Programmes in customer accounts to improve patient handling/flow, increase whole clinic knowledge and, ultimately, increase Brand loyalty.
