When I first started working for Flow Products I was a Senior Administrator working within the Quality Department focusing on document control and making sure that the company processes were in place. My role has now developed to include; events coordination, organising conferences and meetings, travel bookings, secretarial support, purchasing (using ASC and Crystal Reports) and diary management (this list is not exhaustive).
