Oversee and manage the Operation Team, which includes the Pricing/Lock Desk, File Setup, Processing, Closing, and Funding departments as well as managing the Warehouse Line and loan purchases.Collaborating with loan officers, offering options and structure advice for challenging loans. Advises loan officers to comply with loan guidelines and apply best practices. Staying up to date with changing regulations and new products and updating their industry knowledge regularly.Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, lenders, and other third parties is also a core responsibility.

Managing multiple accounting books and preparing budgets and financial reports. Process monthly construction draws and communicates with banks, clients, and vendors, for projects ranging from $1M to $4M. Coordinate with an outside CPA to prepare books and financial reports for yearly review and tax filing. Maintain subcontractor insurances and contracts and prepare annual 1099’s. Additionally oversee all company insurances, including General Liability, Worker Compensation, Health, Life, Disability, Builder's Risk, & Auto insurance. Analyzing financial data to assist in budget creation and forecasting, prepare and manage project budgets accurately, and generate financial statements for executive review on a monthly and quarterly basis.

The main responsibilities included maintaining and creating enrollment accounts for over 900 students annually. This role required recording and processing all the information related to student records, assisting families with online payment accounts, and generating reports on student enrollment updates. The position was also responsible for reviewing tuition assistance, analyzing tax returns and other financial data and making recommendations to the board, while maintaining the confidentiality of the information involved. Additionally, the role involves billing and collecting over $10M of the school's annual budget, as well as generating weekly reports on delinquent accounts. Worked with outside service providers to handle tuition, insurance, and other funding. Streamline daily reporting information entry for efficient record keeping purposes, and interact with customers via phone, email, or in-person to provide information. Finally, I was responsible for processing student releases, which involves preparing clearance sheets, reviewing obligations, processing insurance claims and refunds upon withdrawal, and preparing release forms with pertinent data for the new school.
