With a career opportunity that was too good to pass up, I packed my bags and headed west to Northwestern Mutual’s headquarters to pursue the role of Internship Growth Consultant.• Provided support and developed programs to help offices reach their Agency Development Targets • Served as a Subject Matter Expert of internship strategies and all components of the Northwestern Mutual Internship Program (recruitment, productivity, conversion, leadership development, systems infrastructure• Partnered closely with Regional Teams, Recruiting and Internship Consultants and field leadership (MPs, MDs, Recruiters, CUDs and IDOs) to diagnose and propose solutions to move an office from having a strong internship program to having a strong internship business unit
