I see potential everywhere --in people, in organizational cultures, and in the everyday ways we connect. My crash course in group dynamics began as a six-year-old social scientist in the "family lab." That's when my curiosity in human dynamics was sparked which now manifests in a desire to facilitate connections, help people harness their strengths, and create impact together.I've spent my career in the nonprofit sector because I am motivated by mission and love working with people who are too. The last 18 years in the nonprofit sector have given me experience in leadership, organizational change, philanthropy/fund development strategy, learning design, facilitation and talent development. Today, I'm honored to use these experiences to facilitate learning amongst philanthropy practitioners working for children's health in the US and Canada.
