My name is Sarah Sims, and I am a senior at Auburn University pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing along with a minor in Psychology. So far, my academic journey has been fueled by my passion for creativity, connection, and a desire to bridge communities. I believe that brand marketing is more than product promotion; it's about understanding what people want and what brings them together.During my time at Auburn University, I have demonstrated consistent academic excellence while building my future and planting my roots throughout the Harbert College of Business. Although my courses have laid a solid groundwork for my knowledge of fundamental marketing principles, it is ultimately my involvements both on campus and within the service industry that have honed my ability to multitask and prioritize while also enhancing my interpersonal skills.Through my hands-on experience serving both as the President of Alpha Kappa Psi and as a Marketing and Communications Intern for Auburn's Student Involvement Department, I have developed invaluable skills in strategic communication, creative problem-solving, and brand building. I hope to have the opportunity to leverage these skills to create engaging campaigns that drive meaningful engagement and connect diverse audiences. In addition to my academic and professional pursuits, I enjoy exploring my creative side through cosmetics, painting, baking, and even cinematography! I am also a coffee enthusiast who loves a good latte art challenge, as well as an avid snowglobe collector.
