Since my start with the organization I have not only created our after-charge off team/processes but lead the team to year after year recover more by challenging myself and my team. Our concentration is mainly in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Missouri but collect in most states. I am always looking for ways to improve our processes or try new ones! I enjoy bouncing ideas/processes off of others in the industry so feel free to contact me - you never know what we will learn from each other!!

I started as a co-op student my second year of college and for 3 years I worked in Human Resources helping with every department from HR, to Safety, to Payroll, to Finance, to Materials, to Quality and UAW training. In May of 2000 I was hired in permanent upon graduating from SVSU. I initially worked in PC&L as a Material Coordinator for J-Car and quickly moved to the GMT-800 line. After outgrowing that position I moved to PC&L Supervisor on the production floor. From there I had decided the manufacturing world was not where I would best utilize my skills and made the difficult decision to leave Delphi and set out to find a new career.
