Legal Technical Manager
In my current role I am the assistant to the Manager of an outsourcing legal bookkeeping bureau with three branches, including my own and travel to other two branches to assist with their management, as part of my role I monitor staff performance and implement training where necessary.I am also responsible for Compliance and have to ensure that all staff are aware of any changes in the legal marketplace so that they can ensure that their designated clients remain compliant. To do this I keep up to date, research, produce and deliver training on any changes and update the Internal Procedures Manual so that all staff have a reference point to refer to. Another essential part of my role is client liaison visits and telephone calls, ensuring that clients are happy with our service, delivering training and feeding back any comments that help improve the service to the relevant people, for example I work with the IT Director on the Creative Development Team, which looks at the software ensuring that is up to date, user friendly and able to produce the information required by the clients.
