Center for Discovery is an an eating disorder treatment center providing Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) levels of care.- Conducted and led seven daily group therapy sessions for 10-15 patients, dedicated to teaching and cultivating coping mechanisms essential for eating disorder recovery- Implemented trauma-informed, evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address individualized needs effectively- Maintained documentation compliance with state and payer requirements, adhering to designated timeframes and contributing to the successful renewal of Joint Commission accreditation- Collaborated with the multidisciplinary treatment team promoting effective communication and coordination of patient care- Monitored progress and documented session outcomes to track participants’ growth and inform ongoing treatment strategies
