The role of the assistant principal has a direct impact on the overall administration of instructional programs and campus level operations. My various responsibilities support the role of the principal in all aspects of the organization. I support visionary leadership, coaching, organizational development, hiring, training, strategic planning, community awareness, and positive student growth. I am savvy in technology including Microsoft, design, and multifunctional programs.

Provide leadership with the sole responsibility for planning, organizing, implementation of the instructional programs, staff orientation, training, and evaluation.

Magnolia High School

Oversaw all state and local assessments as well as Section 504 in accordance with national, state, and district guidelines. Maintained databases, analysis/reports, accountability data, and formal plans. Required effective communication, collaboration, team building, and leadership skills. Worked well under pressure to meet state and local timelines. (The move to the high school level allowed me to double my workload and responsibilities while growing my skills and experiences.)
