I led design strategy and execution for all customer-facing experiences in Abstract's desktop and web applications. My cross-functional team created tools that brought alignment and clarity to the design process for thousands of designers worldwide.

I led user experience and design for Premera's mobile and emerging technologies team. My team of designers, content strategists and researchers supported the iOS and Android apps, our virtual assistant and SMS programs, and other cutting edge digital health care initiatives.

Design and user experience for a variety of customer-facing experiences, including Amazon Video's mobile applications, Amazon.com's Wish List, Amazon Photos, and Amazon FireTV. My role spanned the entire product lifespan, from concept, through design execution, handoff and post-development visual QA. I worked embedded within development teams, and was a key strategic partner for product management.

Concepted and launched a full redesign of Inside Line, Edmunds’ online auto enthusiast magazine. Created custom promos and site sections for a variety of high-end auto manufacturers, and designed a social, trade-based interactive game for Edmunds.com. From 2007 - 2008, I managed a team of three designers.
