As a Program Manager for Student Success, I ensured that our student success initiatives were connected, well-defined, organized, and tracked to implementation and evaluation. In this role, I worked to establish a holistic and shared view of whole student support to help our students succeed from day one to graduation.

In this position, I supported academic research needs across teams and departments, focusing on employability initiatives. I performed market research, prepared research analyses, and provided high level research insights for team initiatives. In particular, I provided research analyses on the future of work, skills of the future, occupational analysis and outlook, career strategies, the economy, labor and workforce insights, academic programs, regional employability initiatives, reimagined general education, dual enrollment programs, programs for historically underserved populations (including HBCU initiatives), student loan debt and degree ROI, and the future of education. I prepared research decks, spreadsheet trackers, and present research findings to a wide array of departmental and inter-departmental colleagues. I created and distributed Daily Digests of higher ed impacts in the news. I served as a team SME for SharePoint and MS Teams and am a "Change Champion." Additionally, I was part of a working team called the "Skills Squad" with the goal of delivering professional development training sessions in-house on a variety of topics (including soft and hard skills development).

I am a professional musician and have previously taught music instruction. I have performed in a variety of different groups, from large orchestras to small chamber groups to rock bands. I have also performed with a Folk Fusion band, where I played flutes, whistles, tenor ukulele, and sang. I also performed with Home Fried Boogaloo, a jazz and funk band that specializes in New Orleans Swamp, Go Go, and Boogaloo styles.

I served as the Director of Information & Research at ACCE and organized ACCE’s online information resources and content management for Chamberpedia, the Samples Library, Toolkits, member FAQs, and other resource guides. I promoted and supported reference and information services for ACCE members. I was involved in organization of member information resources, delivering educational webinars, knowledge management, collection development, and conducted surveys and quickpolls. I was instrumental in ACCE's benchmarking service for Operations and Salary Surveys for members. I also provided support to ACCE's Divisions with focus on the Education Attainment Division (EAD) and special interest in health literacy which encompassed community, workplace and childhood health and wellness initiatives.

In this position, I provided market research assistance and specialized research for the transportation industry with attention to rail projects throughout North America. I was responsible for identifying appropriate market opportunities, tenders, solicitations, request for proposals, and other industry prospects. I prepared weekly overviews of industry news and opportunities. I provided research assistance and editing for special projects.

Served as library director lead librarian and manager for a small and thriving community library offering full services including interlibrary loan, WiFi, workshops and programs, and reference and research resources.
