I'm responsible for the simultaneous management of the clients of the agency and the Business and Project teams. Key responsibilities include management of strategic digital projects such as multi-channel media campaigns for branding and performance (acting throughout the conversion funnel and working with many different solutions) strategic brand presence in social media platforms, offline activations and BTL. While in this position, I was responsible for the management of a media performance project for a client on insurance segment, acting as the main point of contact between client, agency and platforms. I also managed pitch processes, commercial proposals and fee negotiations in addition to internal projects. I'm also responsible for the billing process, management of client's budget and cashflow, managed vendors from different areas including tech, creative, influencers and others. All this time provided me experience in building and developing long-lasting and effective relationships with clients. As a Business Manager, I was responsible for simultaneous management of pitch processes, media campaigns and multiple digital projects, including strategic presence of brands on social platforms. In this position I was directly involved with Oreo’s launch strategy in Brazil in 2014 and managed the digital account for the brand after its launch, along with another Mondelez LATAM account, Club Social across LATAM region for all local clients. I was also involved in many different projects for Sony Electronics, including performance media for a platform called Campo Sony during World Cup time, worked with Playstation for a few social media projects and other projects that included social media and media. I was also responsible for the billing process, management of client's budget and cashflow, managed vendors from different areas including tech, creative, influencers and others. Was responsible for all digital (national and regional) campaigns development as well as the retail website maintenance and improvements that concentrates all traffic generated by retail campaigns both online and offline, Ofertas Fiat (www.ofertasfiat.com.br).Was also responsible for the development of all Fiat's LATAM online campaigns.
