CurrentI'm responsible for the simultaneous management of the clients of the agency and the Business and Project teams. Key responsibilities include management of strategic digital projects such as multi-channel media campaigns for branding and performance (acting throughout the conversion funnel and working with many different solutions) strategic brand presence in social media platforms, offline activations and BTL. While in this position, I was responsible for the management of a media performance project for a client on insurance segment, acting as the main point of contact between client, agency and platforms. I also managed pitch processes, commercial proposals and fee negotiations in addition to internal projects. I'm also responsible for the billing process, management of client's budget and cashflow, managed vendors from different areas including tech, creative, influencers and others. All this time provided me experience in building and developing long-lasting and effective relationships with clients.
