In this role, I designed and executed an event for over 400 staff members. Spanning from May to August 2023, this project comprised 16 live events held at esteemed venues such as Yeo Valley Farm and Daylesford Organic, along with an interactive online component. These events were crafted to unite team members from various sectors of the organisation, including Forestry, Certification, Healthy & Sustainable Diets, Farming & Land Use, and SA Exchange. They provided opportunities for staff to witness their work in action, gain a deeper understanding of the Soil Association's mission, engage with new colleagues, and participate in team-building outdoor activities.
