Hotel Paradiso is a vibrant festival venue that I have produced for Boomtown since 2011. It’s an exhilarating experience, assaulting the senses with a back-to-back lineup of live music, DJs, immersive theatre, Ping-Pong, beach games championships, and more! Each year, I co-design the Hotel to align with a new theme or brief from the festival, while managing a team of 40. I oversee every aspect of the creative design, build, technical infrastructure, venue management, and delivery.

I worked on a 7-month contract for the Soil Association as an Event Producer, overseeing their BOOM Awards (Best of Organic Market Awards). In this role, I designed and executed an event for over 400 staff members. Spanning from May to August 2023, this project comprised 16 live events held at esteemed venues such as Yeo Valley Farm and Daylesford Organic, along with an interactive online component. These events were crafted to unite team members from various sectors of the organisation, including Forestry, Certification, Healthy & Sustainable Diets, Farming & Land Use, and SA Exchange. They provided opportunities for staff to witness their work in action, gain a deeper understanding of the Soil Association's mission, engage with new colleagues, and participate in team-building outdoor activities. At Womad, I worked in Artist Liaison on the main stage from 2014 to 2016, where I was responsible for high-profile international artists. Additionally, I served as the first point of contact for meet-and-greet at the airport and hotel. During this time, I collaborated closely with a tight-knit team to ensure the artists' well-being and adherence to the program schedule.In 2022, I had the opportunity to stage-manage the Physics Stage.

Okoru is a full-service live experience agency that works with brands to bring ideas to life. During my time there, I project managed several key projects. These included designing and implementing a new promotional pop-up tour for Red Bull Organics, designing and implementing the 'One Path' campaign for the cycling charity Sustrans, overseeing the logistics and implementation of The British University Dry Sky-slope Championships in Edinburgh in 2019. For the Looking Glass project, I transformed a disused building in the heart of Bristol. Through fundraising efforts, I revamped the building and installed vital facilities. Initially serving as a performance space for Bristol-based artists, the project evolved in its second year. I secured a premises license and formed a business partnership with Joe Watts, a local artist and event organizer. From 2009 to 2011, I served as a stage manager at Glastonbury Festival in the Theatre & Circus Fields. Collaborating with a close-knit team with a long-standing history with the festival, I liaised with international artists and the technical team to ensure the smooth delivery of the program.
