My primary task involves analyzing and identifying the organization's recruitment needs, after which I facilitate interviews with potential candidates. Additionally, I provide professional coaching and guidance to the leadership in evaluating candidates to ensure that the best match is found for their department.This coaching and guidance aim to help the leadership understand not only the candidates' skills and experience but also their cultural fit and engagement in the organization. I guide them in identifying the qualities that will be most beneficial for their specific department and the long-term goals of the company.Furthermore, I work closely with the leadership to strengthen their ability to conduct structured and objective interviews, ensuring a fair assessment of the candidates.
