Part of onboarding and offboarding team for 1,500 COVID vaccination employees, one of the largest hiring campaigns in VCH's history. Conducted exit interviews for 15 employees, providing a safe environment for sensitive information. Used collective bargaining agreements to support healthcare worker inquiries in seven different unions. Supported displacement of 50 staff from testing sites, including 1:1 coaching with managers and employees through rights and obligations under labour agreements. Collected and summarized data to support decision-makers.
