Project Management• Led the initiation, planning, engagement, stakeholder management and execution for a$10,000 grant offered to 14 Indigenous communities. Led a successful proposal process whichhas resulted in grants being awarded to seven Nations.• Act in project management support capacity to plan and implement the Urban IndigenousHealth Strategy renewal, a multi-year project co-led by the First Nations Health Authority(FNHA) and a Ministry-level directive. Includes drafting key project documents and stakeholder engagement planning, resulting in a successful and ongoing partnership with FNHA.Process redesign and standardization• Clarified and improved departmental and VCH-wide processes involving internal and externalstakeholders, e.g.:o Standardized facility renaming process;o Optimized process of system integration (involving stakeholder consultation);o Led process improvement to streamline reporting processeso Standardized contract management processes for greater role clarity and portfolio oversight.Briefing note and business case development• Developed strategic briefing notes outlining recommendations for the senior executive team,involving comprehensive benchmarking, research and financial analysis.
