Responsible for implementing initiatives focused on profitability, state of the art technology, best-in-class customer service & internal process improvement.Communicate, provide expertise, analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders and management regarding an array of projects and issues surrounding assigned initiatives.Identify innovative ideas, best practices and opportunities which improve experiences and relationships with Sales force & consumers. Lead internal process improvement projects which positively change our industry footprint. Provide insightful recommendations as appropriate and execute on approved plans.Oversee and lead complex and long-term business projects involving several work-streams and stakeholders.Develop and foster internal collaboration to ensure an integrated approach in providing best in class service.
