Establish controls and auditing practices to ensure compliance with ERISA, DOL, IRS, ACA, FMLA; maintain Plan Documents, SPD; file annual reports including 5500, Form 1095, W-2, non-discrimination testing; Work with internal and outside legal counsel to ensure regulatory compliance at the federal, regional and state level. Set communication strategy for ongoing benefit communication; design and deliver benefit materials including new hire and open enrollment communications.
