As a an intern in the Marketing Department of Care Dimensions, I am learning a great deal about what it takes to market a not for profit organization to the public. In this position I have been honored with writing an article that was published in the Marblehead Reporter & I have already learned how much effort goes in to making sure that the company's image appeals to people that may or may not already know that they require this level of care for their loved one at the end of their life.

While working as an Assistant Librarian at North Shore Community College, I was tasked with shelving books, assisting patrons in checking out and returning books, and completing additional tasks that were required of me. This job helped me to learn the Evergreen Library system used in Massachusetts in the NOBLE Library Network as well as the shelving system which proved helpful in my volunteer positions which occurred beyond this job.

As a Lead Teacher at the Danvers YMCA After School program, I was in charge of caring and educating students ages 5-12. I created lesson plans to keep the children both entertained and occupied in their time after school so that their education continued from elementary school. This job called on me to be creative in planning crafts and going the extra mile to make sure that the children were having fun while also in a safe environment.
