Program Level: Successfully delivered voter support for a historic $482 million bond, the largest in Oregon's history at the time, by supporting community input workshops that shaped the proposed bond package. Ensured the district's due diligence was consistently demonstrated to the public, and communication was aligned across multiple departments. Additionally, I worked to drive public literacy in capital construction and renovation by creating an interactive website that simplified technical terms, showcased the need for construction work, and consolidated outreach documents. My efforts included developing a deep knowledge of Portland’s neighborhoods and communities through extensive site visits and outreach meetings across the district’s 96 schools.Project Level: Achieved on-time / on-budget completion of the Marysville K-8 $4.8M post-fire renovation project with additional scope upgrades and seismic improvements through close coordination of A/E team and management of a design-bid-build construction contract. Managed SHPO coordination, energy incentive applications, move management/logistics, and PM/CM support.
