- One of three Principals on the SBC team, charged with providing initial assessment and advisement for MBA, Deferred Admission (2+2), JD/MBA, MBA/MPP and other joint degree programs. - Evaluate 500-800 MBA candidate profiles annually for top US and international programs including HBS, Stanford, Wharton, Kellogg, LBS, INSEAD and others. - Identify fit and validate partnership between prospective clients and designated SBC consultants, ensuring synergy and client/ consultant satisfaction throughout engagement.- Interface with the MBA Admissions Officers and elite MBA graduates on the SBC team to identify current trends, inside knowledge and success factors for top tier program admits.- Advise both traditional and non-traditional profiles on how to craft strong stories and ensure that messaging is compelling and strategic.- Advise on waitlist strategy, re-application strategy, and planning ahead.

- Advise MBA candidates on school selection, application strategy and overall positioning.- Collaborate with clients to develop cohesive marketing strategies to present their candidacy through essays, recommendation letters, resume, and interviews.
