Women's Knit Cut & Sew and Sweaters – June 2018-July 2020Men’s & Women’s Woven Tops and Dresses – July 2020-August 2022•Manage the execution of all product development, costing and sourcing activities, from proto samples to final manufacturing ready package in-line with supply chain strategies, cost, quality and Terms of Engagement requirements. •Achieve seasonal financial goals through vendor negotiations and cost engineering.•Develop and execute seasonal sourcing strategy to match shifting market demands and global conditions.•Manage execution of all GTM Calendar development activities and drive accountabilities across all phases of development to ensure deadlines are met•Initiate cross-sourcing activities in the appropriate source locations to ensure successful execution of commercial samples and bulk production.•Raw Material development with focus on aestheitic, cost, global strategy and sustainability.•Finish development for men's and women's denim tops and garment dye programs. •Partner with mills, vendors and overseas sourcing team to ensure product quality and testing standards are met, problem solving as required.•Partner with Supply Planning to ensure all Pre-Production activities are on track to meet the scheduled first cut dates at all production locations•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design and Merchandising
