Assists in the strategic development, fundraising and implementation of a multi-year, million-dollar campaign to increase the percentage of women in the manufacturing industry. Oversees portfolio of campaign sponsors, ensuring deliverables are met within budget. Coordinates among program, operations, communications and creative teams to plan and execute the Women MAKE Awards, a two-day leadership training program with an agenda comprised of senior executives and subject matter experts, and an 800+ person gala attended by award honorees and C-suite representatives from small, medium and large manufacturing companies. Plans and executes programming, including content development and speaker identification/prep, for over a dozen annual virtual and in-person events focused on professional development, community engagement and public awareness.
