I conducted a total of 3 out of 6 weekly audits on Google Adwords sales team across the globe, consistently scoring over a 99% accuracy rate across multiple quarters. I maintained their schedules, tracked hours, and provided weekly communication intended to increase program engagement. I assisted hospital staff with patient ambulation, meals, baths, vitals, and discharges in over 5 departments, including Medical Surgical, CV-DOU, Telemetry, Mother and Baby, ICU, and Emergency Department, accruing approximately 500 clinical hours.

At Sergey Nuzhdun’s lab, I collected, extended, and cleared drosophila genotypes for test cross bottles. Additionally, I completed egg collecting and egg laying for co-pupation and learning experiments. Lastly, I would meet up with the team to discuss project updates as well as analyze medical journals on a bi-weekly basis.

I worked closely with a graduate student to execute program operations. As part of my duties, I recruited and individually paired 200 mentors and mentees, more than double the number of participants from the prior year. In addition, I conducted training sessions and executed monthly workshops to ensure the mentors were properly equipped to address any concerns raised by their mentees. Topics covered include relationship building, crisis management, LGBT issues, and risky behavior.
