As the lead for 4 compliance audits, I review and make the final decisions on audit findings. I am in constant communication with program managers, sales managers, and account executives in an effort to improve the consultation quality of the Adwords sales teams. In order to minimize and correct any human errors on audits, I conduct internal performance.

I conducted a total of 3 out of 6 weekly audits on Google Adwords sales team across the globe, consistently scoring over a 99% accuracy rate across multiple quarters. Additionally, I completed egg collecting and egg laying for co-pupation and learning experiments. Lastly, I would meet up with the team to discuss project updates as well as analyze medical journals on a bi-weekly basis.

I worked closely with a graduate student to execute program operations. As part of my duties, I recruited and individually paired 200 mentors and mentees, more than double the number of participants from the prior year.
