I was introduced to coaching many years ago, I was expectionally reluctant to talk to a "stranger" as I am a very private person and totally missunderstood coaching as an industry. I was asked to "test" this platform, I kept putting this off until finally I gave in. I have to say I "played" with it at first thinking that was the end of that. But a little voice or as I say my Guardian Angel told me the only person I was cheating was myself - I went right back and did it again and I was hooked. I have now worked with Coaches for the past 3/4 yrs and I have to say these people are the nicest individuals I have had the pleasure of working with. The Self & Interactive coaching process we have developed is a major addition to any Coaching Business
