Some of my proudest work to date is the community we've built, and impact we've made, in female entrepreneurship with the League. A 200K+ strong community of women, supporting and showcasing other successful women. From our conferences, Run the World and Tech-formation, to the Find your Five initiative and Meet Your Maven mentorship platform, I'm incredibly blessed to have been on this path.

Applying my experience as an entrepreneur, leading teams and growing companies to raising my son, Luka (hopefully there's some cross-over!). Being a mamma is no joke. I'm proud to be on this journey, alongside building my other baby - Growmotely - and I'm both proud and inspired by all the other amazing parents out their doing their best everyday.

Founded Grow My Team in 2014 with three other business partners, as a solution to our own problem (sourcing global talent for our remote companies). Over the years I bought them out one by one, as they lost interest in the business and remote work generally. I however, couldn't drop it. I spent 2019 and 2020 as CEO, before wrapping this up in order to build our Unicorn-baby, Growmotely.

Australia's first Millennial-Focused Financial Advisory Firm. This journey was epic. Completely organically, and through a community-focused membership model, we grew WE into a multi-million dollar advisory firm. I sold my 50% share to my business partner in 2018, in order to focus on the growing opportunity in remote work, with Grow My Team and now, Growmotely.

An online resource for all things personal finance. After writing my first book, Get Rich Slow, I turned it into an online course. Ultimately, I merged this online resource and community into WE.

Online bookkeeping and accounting for entrepreneurs. Got ahead of myself on this one... raised some money and gave it all back the day the last check arrived. We didn't have the strategy right, had some founder-burnout going on, we made the decision not to waste our investors money trying to get it right, and shut the company. I still think it was a pretty great idea, and we crushed the branding! ;)

Private wealth management, modern day family office. My first real leap into entrepreneurship, and a great experience. Along the way we acquired a retiring financial advisers business (which doubled our size), we then doubled again through organic growth and sold the company to focus on WE.

Family-owned financial advisory business. My time at WealthMap is how and where I fell in love with business and entrepreneurship. Working alongside my Dad was the best, and I inherited his company (and his work ethic) when he passed away in 2013. I led the company to an ultimate multi-million dollar exit in 2014.

Australian financial services licensee. Cut my teeth in admin, finance and eventually leadership at Synchron, a company my Dad founded back in 1998. Prior to this, I worked in a couple of video stores, a gas station, many bars and nightclubs and even at my college doing IT support. I always hated working for other people.
