As a therapist, my goal is to provide you with a safe, nurturing, and supportive space for you to grow. At Two Chairs, I enjoy incorporating mindfulness into therapy. I have a strong background in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and I am also trained in EMDR, and on my way toward certification. I have a passion for somatic ecotherapy and wilderness rites of passage work, which I pursue in my small private practice, Wild Hearted. Let me help you increase self awareness, resilience, and coping skills to manage your symptoms of anxiety, depression or other mood disorders, difficult life transitions, low self-esteem, or traumatic events. I would love to support you in rewriting your story in a way that has meaning for you.Regardless of what struggles you are seeking support for, my priority will be the therapeutic relationship. I will work to meet you where you are without judgment, and with care and compassion. I believe that you are the expert on yourself, and it’s my job to support you in unlocking your own innate wisdom as your partner on your journey home to yourself.
