• Establish the finance department for the company with her branches in Egypt and UAE• Automate all financial operations and sheets on an accounting software system (QuickBooks).• Develop financial policies, processes and new reporting system.• Prepare and proceed with payroll process and its payment.

• Develop and proceed with the purchasing and periodical assets inventory processes. • Expand the finance team.• Assign, and monitor the financial operations, and cash status with coaching the finance team and providing help if needed.• Review and analyze financial information to prepare and produce with financial, profitability, and budget reports to interpret and present their results for internal and external users.• Prepare and proceed with payroll process and its payment• Follow up with the external auditor the coordination and completion of the annual audit, tax audits and tax returns submission by providing the requested data and reports.• Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions to improve efficiency for the administrative company departments and assist business planning and decision-making.

• Post and process journal entries to day-to-day work and data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.• Prepare and proceed with the payroll process and its payment.• Reviewing of expenses, payroll records, revenues etc., and assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.• Analyze information and prepare financial and tax reports, reconciliations, budget, cash status, and periodical profitability reports according to legal and company financial guidelines, and interfacing with the legal auditor to support closing fiscal year.

• Apply The first automated accounting system for the company.• Receive and process all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments, handling petty cash.• Post and process journal entries to day-to-day work and data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.• Prepare and proceed with the payroll process and its payment.• Analyze information and prepare financial and tax reports, reconciliations, budget, cash status, and periodical profitability reports according to legal and company financial guidelines, and interfacing with the legal auditor to support closing fiscal year.

• Clients, Vendor, Expenses and Sales accounts audit• Analysis and prepare Financial Reports to the group companies (plastics, Chemicals).• Check implementation of the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 for the periodical auditing and renewal certificate (Customers system, purchasing system, Human resource system).
