I am a second-year student at the Kelley School of Business studying Management, with a minor in Tourism Hospitality and Event Management.My passions are people, organization, and leadership. Throughout my junior and senior year sports career, I had the opportunity to develop valuable leadership skills as a captain on both my lacrosse and field hockey teams. These experiences allowed me to help improve my ability to effectively communicate and guide others towards a common goal. I then carried these leadership and strong communication skills into my work experience, serving as a team leader at a car wash and then a server at a restaurant. In these roles, I thrived on building professional relationships and fostering a collaborative environment, further reinforcing my passion for people and organization.
