I have built up £ multi-million income generating portfolios of corporate banking customers and influenced national strategy on business development.I've worked with over 400 businesses ranging in size from £5 million to £2 billion turnover. They have been owner managed, family businesses, private equity backed, AIM listed and fully quoted. They have been in all sorts of sectors with all sorts of business models. Interacting with this huge variety of businesses in the context of working for the UKs biggest banks, I have developed a range of transferable business skills. These include strategy, stakeholder management, building and managing teams, finance and funding, organisational effectiveness, marketing and coaching and training.
