As KLR's Talent Coordinator, I assist the Executive Search Team and Sr. Research Associate by writing/preparing proposals, letters, job descriptions, and other documents. I map and research potential candidates to be placed in open positions for clients.

As the Executive Search Intern I corrected, updated, and maintained the search group's database while maintaining strict confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive information.

Conducted research as part of the Adrian Tinsley Research Program. Analyzed survey data using SPSS (Version 29). Began literature review and writing an APA style paper (planning to submit for publication).

Assisted students and parents over the phone and online to answer any questions regarding their housing status on campus, such as the process of applying/receiving housing, or issues pertaining to their dormitory and/or their roommates. Performed administrative tasks in the office per request of the head of the department, such as filling out spreadsheets, scheduling interviews for applicants, scheduling move-in times for students that moved onto campus, etc. Guided new employees that were training for the position by informing them of how to provide customer service and perform tasks in the office.
