He has extensive experience consulting Hedge Funds, Asset Managers and Fintech companies on their Technology hiring. He has a strong track record of filling niche Senior level Technology roles up to the CTO level where he assists the whole recruitment process from initial introduction to acceptance. Prior to joining KLR, Waide worked as the Head of Selby Jennings Boston office that primarily focused in Financial Technology. Outside the office, he enjoys playing Golf, Basketball and Tennis.
