Select, train and supervise staff and manage operational functions in residence facilities. Provide services directly to students such as personal and disciplinary counseling and social programming. Coordinate administrative operations. Maintain liaison relationships with college offices and outside contractors. Respond to all inquiries, problems, and complaints from students, staff, and parents related to the residence facilities.*Assist the Dir. of Student Services in making recommendations for the purchase of furnishings and equipment, improvement of housekeeping services, preventative maintenance and safety measures.*Assume "on-call" responsibility on a 24/7 basis.*Live on site
