Engage employees at 36 workplace campaigns in Wood County to support United Way through GIVE, ADVOCATE, and VOLUNTEER. Continue relationships with 47 leadership donors and raising a total of $300,000+ each campaign season (August - December). Work hand-in-hand with the community Campaign Chair to set a goal for the campaign, as well as help lead the Engagement Team (consisting of 8 prominent community members) to assist in cultivating year-round relationships. Head of the Campaign Managers Task Force, working with a variety of workplace campaign managers to create and execute a training to inform other campaign managers about the messaging and work being done within United Way. Assist in the creation and implementation of volunteer opportunities and ambassador projects for 300+ community members.

Work with a variety of different accounts, mostly school districts, law/design firms, and accountants. Focus on building a relationship with the accounts campaign manager and assisting them to run a smooth and successful campaign with their staff. Another role that I will play in helping other staff members in the United Way of Greater Toledo office in order to further educate myself and assist in larger campaigns.
