I began my games career 17 years ago, just as the games industry entered the iPhone/ mobile games renaissance. At IUGO, we trailblazed with making original IP free-to-play (F2P) games for NA and EMEA markets. I built a community around the mobile indie games space by holding regular meetups at major conventions such as GDC.I took that F2P knowledge to PlayStation where I built a small team to cultivate their F2P business (started at < $5M), alongside launching the PS4 and PSVR. We managed to more than 10x the F2P business and prepare the platform for the launch of Fortnite.I then moved onto Google where I headed up the global indie dev community for Google Play. There I built programs at scale to educate and foster success across thousands of developers while curating Indie Corner on the Play Store. I passionately advocated for the community as indies are ground zero for innovation, diversity and richness of content for players.Now, I’m building new things and blazing trails at Epic Games in the mobile space for their digital storefront. Once again I get to support developers, give them choice and offer growth potential for their games. My favorite thing about games has always been the people. Without the creativity, innovation, passion and hard work of the people, there would be no games. I am passionate about compassionate leadership and cultivating a culture of belonging.
