• Reviews and authorizes all credit reports, criminal reports and records, drug testing results, employment verification, motor vehicle reports prior to verbal or written offer

• Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a database of clients and prospective clients that is associated with the market's strategy
• Build a relationship and increase business with the client through effective phone calls and in-person visits
