Working for a non-profit I was able to have the opportunity to wear a lot of different hats. In my role as multimedia director I managed online and creative productions. I created videos, took photos, worked on small design projects, and built online tools for our website. I brought to this position my ability for strategic thinking, knowledge of technology, and continually delivered quality outcomes. Juggling many projects I was able to further develop my communication, prioritization, and relationship skills.

I'm very proud that during my time as the Website Development Director I was project manager for a web re-design project. I helped create the website from RFP, conception, through design, content creation, and launch. It was a huge multi-year project but the end product was fantastic. In this position I provided direction and strategic planning for all online, social media, and web initiatives. I created, wrote, and published organizational blog. And daily utilized my skills in Adobe programs.

Conducted recruitment, training, and supervision of a team consisting of 27 personnel. Provided leadership training and development of students under my supervision. Excelled at building realtionships, leading teambuilding events, and mentoring students.
