Sarah graduated from Queen’s University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, she completed a Bachelor of Physical Education with distinction. She has received numerous post-graduate training and is a lifelong learner in the profession. Sarah’s experiences have taken her on adventures around the world, from Duke University to the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and most recently, Whistler. Growing up in an active background, this has shaped her belief that no treatment plan is one-dimensional and that the most effective results come from the most personalized care. Sarah believes that physiotherapy is positioned at the forefront to inspire change on how we view movement and conditions. Whether individuals are in the summits or valleys, she looks forward to teaming up with them to meet their goals.
