Advisor, Gender And Program Quality
Gender And Peacebuilding Consultant
One of two lead consultants on the Canadian branch of a quantitative and qualitative study of civil society perceptions of the UN Sustaining Peace Agenda. The research included designing research questions, conducting key informant interviews (KIIs), facilitating focus group discussions (FGDs), disseminating surveys, and writing reports. Participants included women, youth and First Nations civil society leaders. Fifteen countries with varying economic and cultural profiles were studied. This research aims to inform global policy discussions on the Sustaining Peace Agenda, building on the UN General Assembly Resolution 70.262 and its twin Security Council Resolution 2282.The project is funded by UN Women.
