Design projects include website creation and updates; logo design and brand management; book layout/publishing; promotional products; exhibit booth structures; advertising campaigns; video planning and production; photo shoots; event planning; and social media management.

Design and edit CBFNC bi-monthly magazine. Ensure publication and distribution to 11,000 subscribers. Assess website content, compose new material, and perform regular updates. Design and prepare informational and publicity material. Direct social media on all platforms. Facilitate biweekly webinars. Manage $70,000 communications budget. Analyze and achieve cost-saving measures. Serve as contact for production vendors. Create and distribute weekly Enews correspondence and updates to 3,500 subscribers. Provide consistency for all communication. Address constantly evolving technology needs for most effective outreach to constituency.

Fulfill the Council’s mission, protecting trees where we live, work and play, to amplify the efforts of its statewide, green-industry members. Produce quarterly newsletters and informational brochures in conjunction with project-related grants. Create and maintain Council website. Manage membership database. Oversee all financial accounts and grant responsibilities. Coordinate annual conference and 10-15 workshops per year. Serve as public relations contact. Work with 12-member Executive Committee to plan the organization’s future course.

Design editorial layout. Liaison between production, art, and editorial departments. Coordinate production schedule for three staff members for weekly furniture news publication.

Supervise all aspects of production department for weekly arts and entertainment magazine. Responsible for both editorial and advertising design, layout, and production.
