With over 5 years of work experience in customer experience and pre-sales engineering, I am a Sr. Customer Experience Specialist.I leverage my communication skills in customer success, customer engagement & education, and customer experience to support the credit team, deliver product demonstrations, and provide technical solutions to prospective and existing clients. I also collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to provide feedback and insights from the customer perspective, and help improve the quality and functionality of Tribal's products. Previously, I was a Pre-sales Engineer at Dell Technologies, where I worked with the Spain team to showcase Dell's solutions and services to potential customers, and assist them with their technical and business needs. I have a diploma of education from Universidad de Salamanca, and a licentiate degree in Hispanic and Latin American languages and literatures from Cairo University. I am passionate about education, technology, and languages, and I enjoy working in a diverse and dynamic environment, where I can learn from and contribute to the success of my team and organization.
