Responsible for the implementation and execution of customer on-boarding which includes the due-diligence required for the Mint-wide KYC (Know Your Customer) program, contract negotiation and execution directly with customers, operates and maintains all contracts and customer accounts for Bullion, Refining, Storage, and Trading customers. Implements system developments/improvements. Ensures the effective and successful coordination in audits regarding the Mint’s Responsible Metals Program, and Anti-Money Laundering Policies and Procedures.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, directly responsible for the Global Settlements Department and Customer Service Department, managing a total of seventeen employees who handle a high daily volume of local, national and international electronic and physical settlements, requiring close attention to detail and multi-tasking ability, as well as ongoing customer relationship building.

Managed and led the Global Settlements department in a highly active environment to achieve maximum efficiency and quality with all incoming and outgoing payments, while maintaining consistent adherence to policies, procedures and standards. Also scaled the ability of the Bank to effectively handle increased traffic of all payment types.

Handled the processing of incoming and outgoing payments, with exceptional accuracy in a fast-paced intense environment. Dealt with clients directly regarding customer service and investigations.
